Hi! I'm glad you made this topic. I think that it's absolutely necessary that people be skilled in the English language because many companies prefer employees that can speak English. For instance, in call centers, since the customers are usually Americans, you can serve them better if you know how to speak and understand English. In fact, there are a lot of companies that offer English training specifically for call center jobs.
