Officer Development Program (ODP)
1. MALE OR FEMALE, AGE NOT OLDER THAN 27 YEARS OLD.
2. BACHELOR DEGREE (S 1) FROM ANY REPUTABLE NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY WITH MINIMUM GPA OF 2.75 (STATE UNIVERSITY) OR 3.00 (PRIVATE UNIVERSITY)
3. FLUENCY IN ENGLISH (ORAL & WRITTEN), OTHER LANGUAGE WILL BE
ADVANTAGE (SUCH AS MANDARIN)
4. GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL, AS WELL AS PRESENTATION SKILL.
5. ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
6. POSSESS TEAM SPIRIT AND WORK INITIATIVE.
7. GOOD SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT.
8. CUSTOMER-ORIENTED.
9. WILLING TO BE PLACED IN BRANCHES THROUGHOUT INDONESIA;
