Product Operation of Mobile Content Support
Job Responsibilities:
Rresponsible for the operation of all Mobile Content and Bulk SMS related Products/Services in NTS including SMS broadcast, related business process and Product/Service quality monitoring and improvement.
Job Descriptions:
* Maintaining RBT operation from cutting song, converting song and uploading song to RBT system.
* Maintaining SMS boradcast opeartion from token settlement message approval and black list maintainance to SMS broadcast system.
* Developing required documents in Product Development such as Product Data Sheets/Product Definition Document, Product FAQ, Product Training Material, Product KPI.
* Developing and updating/maintaining the process or procedures related to Mobile Content & RBT products/services in NTS.
* Producing a monthly report on all related business aspects under the scope of Mobile Content Product Development, SMS Broadcast and RBT.
* Monitoring and reporting the quality of Mobie Content & RBT Products/Services.
Job Requirements:
* Min. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Economic, Management or Marketing.
* Min. 3 years experience in Mobile Content Operation, SMS Broadcast operation, Product Planning or Product Management.
* Have knowledge of Technology Development (especially in GSM/WCDMA technology), Marekting & Sales.
* Have good communication skill in English and Bahasa.
* Have good skills in negotiation, presentation and interpersonal.
