• Able to work under pressure
• Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Able to effectively manage the finance and accounting functions at a medium size company
• Able to prepare financing proposals
• Familiar with the finance & accounting practices of the Indonesian oil & gas industry
• Able to manage and lead a small team
• Fluent English, written and verbal
• Experience in Oil and Gas is A MUST
