Requirements:
* Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 5 years work experience as an Engineering Manager
* Experience with computerized engineering systems as well as computer literate.
* Proficient in written and spoken English
* Excellent technical knowledge of major technical equipment and air conditioning equipment, building management systems, water treatment, electrical installations, heating system, boilers and fire safety installations.
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills to drive service excellence
