PROFAB is a Multi National Company engaged in Manufacture of Pressure Vessels, Modules, Decks and Sub Sea Equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry.
Currently we are looking for following positions with Structural / Piping / Vessel fabrication works both Junior and Senior Level with following requirements:
QC. Coordinator
Responsibilities:
* Conduct Daily Fit-Up and Visual Inspections of to ensure compliance to project specifications.
* Co-ordinate all Project Testing and Inspection activities by Client and 3rd Party inspectors.
* Review all the Quality Records and get it approval from project Client / Inspectors to compile Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) as part of Project Final Documentation.
Requirements:
* 5 -10 years’ experience in oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in a quality functions, Certification in Welding Inspection, preferably with American Welding Society or CSWIP 3.1
* In-depth knowledge of ASME Sec IX, ASME B 31.3, & AWS D1.1
* Knowledge of testing requirements, welding & fabrication procedures, qualification test, RT, UT, MPI & PT and relevant codes and standards.
* Knowledge in ISO 9001 / ASME U-Stamp will be added advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and World.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English.
