For Junior Java Developer position:
• Experience in developing client-server applications using Java
• Excellent understanding of Object Oriented methodology, analysis and design

For Technical Lead (Lead J2EE Designer/Consultant) position
• You will work in Java/J2EE delivery projects to provide technical design
and development expertise. You will be hands-on and work with local and
off-shore teams to deliver projects on the technical aspects.
• 4 to 6 years of software development experience using Java /
J2EE
• Analyse requirements and functional specifications and
translate into design and program specifications. Be able to appreciate
and understand users' business domain to carry out design effectively
• Hands-on and be able to lead and guide developers, and work
with local and offshore development team to deliver systems according to
specifications
• Knowledge and application of application design concepts using
OO methodologies, and be able to design systems with performance,
operational maintenance, and concurrency considerations. Be able to
carry out database modeling and design
• Assist in integration testing, be able to diagnose program
defects, integration and performance issues and to recommend and carry
out necessary follow-ups
• Ensure completeness and quality of development work carried
out
• Be able to talk to clients when necessary to explain design
rationale and defend design
• Able to work independently as well as in teams
• Good English skills
Key Skill needed:
• Expert in J2EE (minimum 3 years in J2EE preferably 4+ years)
• Hands-on experience in complete SDLC cycles
• Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
