CME ENGINEER
Main Responsibilities :
* Analyze Plan Project, prepare project costing (aoQ), project staffing plan as well as forecasting material and prepare project schedule per site.
* Oversees civil works design based on client’s standard, safety standard or general standard.
* Conducts Site Survey to evaluate feasibility of putting up telecom infrastructures
within the acquired sites,
* Coordinates with Structural Engineers involving the precise structural data
gathered about the site.
* Site Plan Report and As Built Drawing Report for pre-installation and installation.
* Responsible for all document approval and prepare required report.
* Conducts site kick-off meetings with client’s representatives, subcontractor and
suppliers.
* Assign Project Engineers who will monitor the civil works implementation
(construction of towers, perimeter fence, equipment room, and all related site
development works).
* Supervises or coordinates the resolution of issues and problems involving civil
works implementation and monitors project milestones.
Requirements :
* Must be Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Telecommunication or Civil or any major related (CME).
* Male, age min 25 years old and max 35 years old,
* Have min 2 years experience in Civil Work and related field and experience in construction management and estimation.
* Fluent in English and literate in computer skill, have knowledge for Computer Design Software (AutoCad, Visio), telecommunication engineering and design skill.
* Excellent skill in leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation, and
customer service orientation.
* Mature, self-motivated, hard work and under pressure, able to work independently and in work team, fast learner, excellent in problem solving, analytical and project management.
* Good in data collecting, reporting and documentation.
* Willing to travel all around Indonesia,
* Have own vehicle.
